InvestInUK provides access to selected UK property investment opportunities and coordinates introductions to independent property, finance and professional service providers.
InvestInUK does not provide regulated financial, investment, mortgage, legal or tax advice. We do not operate a collective investment scheme, pool investor funds or handle property purchase monies.
Investors purchase property directly and enter into separate agreements with the relevant sellers, contractors, finance providers and professional advisers.
Finance services, where required, are provided separately through an appropriately regulated firm under its own assessment, permissions and terms.
All projected rents, costs, valuations, yields, refinancing figures and returns are illustrative and are not guaranteed. Property values and rental income can rise or fall. Investors should conduct their own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice before proceeding.
InvestInUK may receive fees or commissions from property sellers, sourcing partners and independent service providers. Relevant arrangements will be disclosed before a purchaser makes a commitment.
