INVESTINUK is a trading brand of UniEstate Properties UK Ltd. For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller responsible for your personal data is to be confirmed, along with our registered address and (where applicable) ICO registration number, before launch.
We collect the contact and lead information you provide through our enquiry, discovery-call, callback and resource-download forms — such as your name, email address, phone number, country of residence and the details of your enquiry. We use your data to respond to your enquiry, arrange calls, and — where you have consented — send you investment materials and deal packs. We record your details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can manage our conversation with you.
